Quoin Residences is a residential developer with 3 projects and 23 homes in the portfolio. Every project is finished before reservations open — no off-plan sales, no structural changes after the brief is set.

Build once, build properly

Every building is finished before it is sold. We do not pre-sell off-plan and we do not change the structure after reservations open.

One material, finished well

Each project commits to one structural material — masonry, mass timber, or copper — and finishes it carefully. The rest of the palette is restrained.

A short list of amenities

No amenity that exists only on a render. Each shared space is in the building plans, in the budget, and on the handover checklist.

Walkable from day one

Every project sits within a 12-minute walk of transit, schools, food, and green space. We do not build where the infrastructure is still on the drawing board.

Team

A small studio, on purpose

The studio is structured so that the people who design the building also supervise the construction. There is no gap between design and delivery.
